Step 1 Schedule your appointment

You can book online or call/text us directly. We’ll confirm the details, location, and the type of documents you need notarized.

Step 4 Identity Verification

We will check all signers ID's, ensure everyone understands the document they are signing, and compplete our electronic notary journal as required by New Jersey State law.

Step 2 Appointment Confirmation

Once your appointment is set, we’ll send a confirmation with your date, time, and any preparation instructions. If your documents need witnesses, scanning, or printing, we’ll review those details beforehand.

Step 5 Document Review and Signing

Before anything is notarized, we review:

  • Correct names & dates

  • Missing pages

  • Proper signer fields

  • Any special instructions from lenders or agencies

Once everything is confirmed, the signing and notarization takes place.

Step 3 Meet at Your Preferred Location

We come to you — whether that’s your home, workplace, hospital room, assisted living facility, or a public location. Just have your valid, unexpired ID ready for verification.

Step 6 Payment

Payment is collected onsite or electronically. We accept: Cash, Credit/Debit for transactions over $100, and Zelle,

Step 7 Completion & Delivery

Once notarized, you receive your completed documents immediately.

If needed, we can also:

  • Scan back documents

  • Ship via UPS/FedEx/USPS

  • Provide copies

  • Complete loan signing document returns
